Nice one Rob! Patch below to remove irqs.h for picoxcell too if you

Subject: [PATCH] ARM: picoxcell: remove mach/irqs.h
picoxcell uses SPARSE_IRQ which means we don't need a mach/irqs.h
anymore so kill it off.
