Thanks Phil,

I have tested and reviewed these changes and they seem fine to me.
Accordingly I have queued them up in the marzen branch of
my renesas tree, git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/horms/renesas.git

I will endeavour to get them included in 3.7.
