Commit a720b41c41f5a7e4 ("iommu/arm-smmu: change IOMMU_EXEC to
IOMMU_NOEXEC") has inverted and replaced the IOMMU_EXEC flag with
IOMMU_NOEXEC. Update the driver accordingly.
