Hi,

As v4.2-rc6 is looming, which is my deadline for pull-request submissions
to ARM SoC, I am no longer taking any non-fix patches for v4.3.

I have already started queuing-up patches for v4.4.  These appear in
the devel branch of the renesas tree and migrate over to the next branch
after being rebased on v4.3-rc1 once it has been released.

The next branch is merged into the devel branch so patches available in the
next branch are also available in the devel branch.
