In fact there's nothing to rebase to. I've just looked at fixes-for-v3.13. The branch doesn't have commit
b448c904f5058b6c "ARM: shmobile: r8a7790: add I2C support" which in fact follows v3.13-rc1 (Linux 3.13-rc1)
