failing ARC builds in kernelCI

Yeah, the /soc/ page is currently for boot results, not build results

The list where all the general build/boot reports go is here[1], and
here's an example[2] showing the warnings/errors.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way of sending arch-specific mails at the
moment.
