The driver doesn't use DMI matching, so the PCI SSID (or the codec SSID) matching would be the way to go. You can try to pass "model=1024:151e" to snd-hda-intel module option (or it might be "model=,1024:151e" instead (see the comma)) for using the same quirk for Nitro AN515-45.
