[PATCH 2/2] SPI: MIPS: lantiq: set SPI_MASTER_HALF_DUPLEX flag

Due to hardware limitations of the spi/flash frontend of the EBU we need to set
the SPI_MASTER_HALF_DUPLEX flag.
