This patch set removes Intel Thunder Bay specific code as the product              
got cancelled and there are no end customers.                                      
                                                                                   
Patch 1: Remove Intel Thunder Bay spi dw binding specific code.                    
Patch 2: Remove Intel Thunder Bay spi dw binding Documentation.
