Attention notebook computer users,

Did you know . . . .
They can cause injury when used incorrectly?
They can cause injury when used for long periods of time?
They can even cause neck, back, and shoulder damage?

Why does this happen?
Because . . . .
They weren’t designed to be your primary computer.
The screen and keyboard are joined and don’t separate.
When the keyboard is in the right position, the screen isn’t. When the screen is in the right position, the keyboard isn’t.

What can you do . . . . ?
Harvard University’s Ergonomic Dept. says use a Laptop Stand.
Use a Laptop Stand for your lap – it lets your legs relax naturally.
Use a Laptop Riser for typing – it inclines the keyboard improves ergonomics
Use a Desktop Stand for your desk – it elevates the screen for better viewing.
