Renamed from Pascal/CamelCase to Snake case the variable
HTIOTPeerDetermine.
HTIOTPeerDetermine -> ht_iot_peer_determine

Linux kernel coding style (cleanup), checkpatch Avoid CamelCase.
Driver/module rtl8192e compiles.
