[PATCH 1/2] staging: rtl8723bs: fix block comment alignment in hal/ source files

Add leading whitespace to block comments in order to adhere to
the kernel coding style.

This fixes the following checkpatch.pl warning:
  WARNING: Block comments should align the * on each line.
