[PATCH] usb: host: xhci-tegra: Tegra186/Tegra194 LPM

Tegra186 and Tegra194 xHC supports USB 3.0 LPM. This commit enables
XHCI_LPM_SUPPORT quirk for Tegra186 and Tegra194.
