Add support for NVIDIA Tegra general purpose DMA driver for
Tegra186 and Tegra194 platform.
v21->v22:
* Add depends on ARCH_DMA_ADDR_T_64BIT in Kconfig to avoid
compiling for non 64 bit systems.
