I believe you mean COMPAT_SYSCALL_DEFINE2 here.
But I see what you're doing here. Could you instead do:

SYSCALL_DEFINE2(...)

... body here ...

and name the thing do_arch_prctl_32?
It's too bad we don't have a SYSCALL_DEFINE_32 macro. But you could add one...
