Yes, but again, if these are values that are used in devices or
userspace, the enum must be specified here as an actual value like:
TYPEC_PWR_MODE_PD = 4,
and the like.
This isn't a comment on your change, as your change is fine. Just a
comment that this needs to be done on top of your change.
