Subject: [Bug 209529] New: gadgetfs: functionfs association descriptors are not numbered automatically
Date: Tue, 06 Oct 2020 02:48:04 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-209529-208809@https.bugzilla.kernel.org/> (raw)
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209529
Bug ID: 209529
Summary: gadgetfs: functionfs association descriptors are not
numbered automatically
Product: Drivers
Version: 2.5
Kernel Version: 5.8.12
Hardware: ARM
OS: Linux
Tree: Mainline
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P1
Component: USB
Assignee: drivers_usb@kernel-bugs.kernel.org
Reporter: sid@aeam.us
Regression: No
Association descriptors included in the descriptor blob do not have their
bFirstInterface value rewritten intelligently as other drivers seem to. It is
thus necessary to manually track the configfs functions included before custom
functions.
