Please remove "pcie_aspm=off" in the kernel command line. That effectively
turns off native PCIe support so definitely has an effect on any TB devices.
After you have done that then try to repro again and if it does repro then
attach full dmesg with "thunderbolt.dyndbg=+p" added to the command line.
