[PATCH V2 27/31] staging: wilc1000: rename WILC_WFI_mgmt_tx_cancel_wait

This patch replaces WILC_WFI_mgmt_tx_cancel_wait with
wilc_mgmt_tx_cancel_wait to avoid CamelCase.
