Does anybody have such a card? I just found some code for it. It's based
on net80211, is anybody interested in that?

I'm interested in it. I have a Marvell 8385 compact flash card
and try to massage the libertas driver (of OLPC fame) for the
Marvell 8388 so that it works for both the USB dongle and the CF
card. I could use a second external reference :-)

What part is in the CB35? Is that an 8335?

Oh, and what's the license on the code? If it's GPL, would be useful to
take a look and see how different it is.

It says GPL on it and was in a random Linksys GPL tarball I downloaded.
I uploaded it at http://johannes.sipsolutions.net/files/marvell.tar.bz2

Maybe. The driver is for a PCI device and the whole driver is
very different to, say, the 8388 in the libertas-driver.

I have a device, and probably a copy of the code you have. A driver is
in progress -- just (hopefully) resolved some firmware loading issues.

Ooops...I misread 35 as 85. Well, I do have the hardware. And the
driver appears to have some similarities to what I've been doing...I'll
add it to my list...

Yes, that's what I've just heard. It apparently is an 8335 device,
which is a lot more softmac than the 8388. So it would likely have to
be a different driver, ideally based on mac80211.

My driver downloads the firmware fine, and I just started to
implement the ISR. The patches are not yet in "fine" format,
e.g. scripts/checkpatch.pl (from 2.6.22-rc4) still complains
about minor issues.
Patches are against libertas-2.6
