I have a patch for better-reassociation-for-libertas, where both
SIWESSID or SIWAP trigger an re-association --- but with a delay
of some hundred milliseconds. Works great with with iwconfig and
wpa_supplicant.
(However, I won't share this patch yet because it is completely
AdHoc-agnostic).
