[PATCH v2 1/5] wireless-regdb: Update regulatory info for Argentina (AR) on 6GHz

NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ENTITY issued Technical Characteristics WiFI6
Equipment on 05/22/2023 by Appendix 1 of [1], which 1) an access point or
subordinate device may operate in the 5925-7125 MHz band with a Power
Maximum Radiated Isotropic Equivalent (EIRP) of 30 dBm and a maximum
EIRP spectral density of 5 dBm in a bandwidth of 1 MHz; 2) A client device
may operate in the 5925-7125 MHz band with an Isotropic Radiated Power
equivalent (EIRP) of 24 dBm and a maximum EIRP spectral density of -1 dBm
over a width of 1 MHz band.

Considering -1 dBm/MHz for client device, 12 dBm is adopted.

[PATCH v2 2/5] wireless-regdb: Update regulatory info for United Arab Emirates (AE) on 6GHz

Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has designated an additional
500 MHz radio spectrum of 6 GHz band (specifically 5925-6425 MHz) to
Wi-Fi for indoor use at an EIRP of 250 mW under class authorization. [1]

REPUBLIC OF COLOMBIA, NATIONAL SPECTRUM AGENCY announced RESOLUTION
No. 000737 OF 2022-11-18 [2] accessed via [1], which specific operating
conditions inf the band of 5925 - 7125 MHz.
  - P.I.R.E. maximum 30 dBm and spectral density of P.I.R.E. maximum
    5 dBm/MHz for the access devices.
  - P.I.R.E. maximum 24 dBm and spectral density of P.I.R.E. maximum
    -1 dBm/MHz for client devices.

Permitted indoor use only.

Considering -1 dBm/MHz for client devices, 12 dBm is adopted.

DECENTRALIZED INSTITUTIONS, REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES,
announced ALCANCE NO 87 A LA GACETA NO 83 (in Spanish) on April 30, 2021.

For 6GHz band (frequency 5925-7125), allowed only the following usage
applications free in this segment:
 - Applications of low power in interiors (LPI), according to the limits of
   power 30 dBm.
 - Applications of very low power (VLP), indoors and exteriors, with an
   EIRP maximum of 14 dBm.

Also update and add limits of 2 and 5 GHz bands accordingly.

[PATCH v2 5/5] wireless-regdb: Update regulatory info for Dominican Republic (DO) on 6GHz

The Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (INDOTEL) announced
RESOLUTION NO. 082-2022, which the equipment and systems that use the
5925-7125 MHz frequency band, and that adhere to the requirements:

 - For indoor access points, the maximum power spectral density must not
   exceed 8 dBm/MHz of Equivalent Isotropic Radiated Power (eirp).
   Furthermore, the maximum eirp over the operating frequency band
   should not exceed 30 dBm (low power).

 - Very low power (VLP) devices whose maximum power spectral density does
   not exceed -8 dBm/MHz and the maximum eirp over the operating frequency
   band does not exceed 14 dBm, may be used outdoors.

 - For client-type devices operating under the control of an indoor access
   point, the maximum power spectral density should not exceed 2 dBm eirp
   in any 1 MHz band and the maximum eirp over.
   The operating frequency band should not exceed 24 dBm.

Considering 2 dBm/MHz for client devices, 15 dBm is adopted.
