* [PATCH 16/26] ath9k_hw: Use CONFIG_ATH9K_BTCOEX_SUPPORT

Make use of CONFIG_ATH9K_BTCOEX_SUPPORT in ath9k_hw
to provide a clean way of compilation without BTCOEX
support.
