We are probably going to need more debug information.dmesg (with debug turned on)
when this happens?

Personally I loose connection very rarely too(once every few days),
haven't investigated further. Get a no PropeResp message, which should indicate
that the connection was idle for two seconds, and the AP didn't respond to the probe?
(guess upping IWL_ACTIVE_DWELL_TIME_24 might help in this situation)

There is a fix or two, between the versions, this problem used to be more common,
so I can't say it wont help. I'm using wireless-dev's mac80211.
