Hi all!
First I would like to say thanks for all the effort everyone has put 
into the zd1211rw driver, It has been of great use to me!
I have a question; I have Backtrack 2 (Based on slax) which is running 
kernel version 2.6.20 - which of course should work with my zd1211b 
adaptor, execept it has a UW2453 transciever. As, currently I cannot 
upgrade to the 2.6.23 kernel, would it somehow be possible to upgrade 
the zd1211rw driver separately?

Certainly, by identifying the patches to the driver and backporting them
to your kernel, but you'll have to do the work yourself.
