Hello List,

I've just subscribed to the list, and while browsing trough the
archives, I found that there have been attempts for the implementation
of the device.

I couldn't find any information if this actually took place. I'm
running a Vostro 1510 Notebook with this card, and experiencing
troubles getting wireless to work.

Do I actually have a key / activation problem, or is the card not supported yet?

Kind regards,
Georg

Hello List,

I couldn't find any information if this actually took place. I'm

the device isn't recognized. It's some Dell Mini Wireless adapter.

Can anyone give a hint, or can I give a helping hand concerning this
card? I don't think I'm able to implement anything, but debugging and
similar should be possible (not enough clue of developing drivers for
the linux kernel).

Kind regards,
Georg

The short answer is that it is not supported.

This model has an LP PHY and is also known as a BCM4310. The reverse
engineering is still in process.
