It appears that your system is not building rfkill. Does it help if you add the
following lines at the bottom of config.mk in the compat-wireless directory?
CONFIG_RFKILL=m
CONFIG_RFKILL_LEDS=y
CONFIG_RFKILL_INPUT=y
