Is this known ?


This happend when rsyncing an 4GB iso file,
(but it does not happend every time I sync)


AP is a ASUS RT-AC68U.

Connection is 5GHz band, secured with WPA2-AES


Kernel is: 3.13.3

trace-cmd record -e iwlwifi -e mac80211

and try to reproduce?

It may be a driver or a firmware issue, I can't really know with the
current data.

Exactly - but typically, distros have a package for that and it is good
enough. You should have to compile. Of course, you can get the code from
this git tree and compile it.
