That is one suspicious looking SSID. We tested Multiple-BSSID feature 
using a single hostapd instance. You can find more info if you search 
for term "Multiple BSSID support" in hostapd.conf in the git repo. I 
have attached it for your convenience. hostapd will take care of 
creating and configuring the additional AP interface(s).
