no, this makes no sense. Maybe something like:
for (i = 0; i < rdev->wpan_phy.supported.tx_powers_size; i++)
if (power != rdev->wpan_phy.supported.tx_powers[i])
return rdev_set_tx_power(...);
return -EINVAL;
