Why are you using such an old kernel? v3.10 is almost two years old. And
imx6 is quite well supported on mainline nowadays.

802154 is a heavy moving target, and Alex is doing a great job of
bringing the subsysten into usable shape. I suggest to use the latest
and greatest kernel, even consider backports from the bluetooth next
repository.
