Unwrap AIL_LOCK
Un-obfuscate AIL_LOCK, remove AIL_LOCK->mutex_lock->spin_lock
macros, call spin_lock directly, remove extraneous cookie
holdover from old xfs code, and change lock type to spinlock_t.
