This is a little script to cut xfsprogs/xfsdump/dmapi releases. It's
first argument is the respoitory and the second one a temporary
directory. It should be used on a pristine git repository, and the
version commit and tag need to be pushed out manually.
And yes, this is a hint that we should cut the 3.0.0 releases of
xfsprogs/xfsdump now :)
