New clean (thanks to Mike Frysinger for pointing it out)
dmapi source tarball is available at:
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/cmd_tars/dmapi-2.2.9.tar.gz
For completeness, the other source tarballs are at:
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/cmd_tars/xfsprogs-3.0.0.tar.gz
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/cmd_tars/xfsdump-3.0.0.tar.gz
Also tags were cleaned up on xfsprogs/xfsdump/dmapi git repos,
and they're available at:

Never ever replace released and announced tarballs :-( Always do a version
bump in such case.
