both the xfsprogs and xfsdump package provide xfs_estimate and xfs_fsr.  
shouldnt only one of these packages be providing them ?

They should have been moved to xfsprogs in the latest releases of each..

blah, you're right of course.  i thought i was looking at xfsdump-3, but 
apparently not.
