I have pulled this series into xfsdump and xfsprogs repos on oss.  xfstests has
a little hiccup that I need to sort through first:

~/xfstests # make
make: *** No rule to make target `configure.in', needed by `configure'.  Stop.

I haven't forgotten dmapi.
