The ability of the caller to handle 64-bit extent counters is not
relevant to the internal inode walking code, so I don't think this
belongs in the iwalk flags namespace.
IOWs, XFS_IBULK_NREXT64 should be defined like this:
#define XFS_IBULK_NREXT64 (1U << 31)
and xfs_bulkstat should be changed to translate only the relevant
breq->flags into the appropriate IWALK bits. Sorry for the code
smell...
