[PATCH 5.4 CANDIDATE V2 03/17] xfs: replace -EIO with -EFSCORRUPTED for corrupt metadata

There are a few places where we return -EIO instead of -EFSCORRUPTED
when we find corrupt metadata.  Fix those places.
