Centos (a RHEL rebuild distro) provides a kernel module RPM with updated 
(from that contained in the RHEL kernel source) XFS code.  See (e.g.):

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/4/centosplus/i386/RPMS/kernel-module-xfs-2.6.9-42.0.10.ELsmp-0.2-1.i686.rpm

(modify based on kernel version and architecture, obviously).

Yes.

Eric Sandeen made a source RPM for the XFS kernel modules for RHEL4:
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/testing/RHEL4/

Do we have a guide on how to build this, or is just an rpm that need to
be installed after OS installation.

The latter.  You'll also need the xfsprogs RPM to get mkfs.xfs.

Centos has the latest version of what I've done... sgi guys, you might 
actually take down the above link, or redirect it.

The src.rpms are also mirrored at http://sandeen.net/rhel4_xfs (*)

Grabbing the pre-built stuff from centos may be simplest, though.

I've started using your XFS modules for RHEL5, but it takes another week 
before I've ported our application so that I can start giving it a more 
serious spin.
