Replace the usage of the script xfs_check and add the relevant code to
xfstests.
This is in preparation of the planned deprecation of xfs_check.

Replace the usage of the script xfs_check and add the relevant code to
xfstests.
This is in preparation of the planned deprecation of xfs_check.
