The array is fairly full so I'm wondering if something is out of alignment somewhere thats causing this? /dev/md2 5858060288 5245630392 612429896 90% /mnt/md2 When I had the array plugged into another controller which isn't a rocketraid card, it did complain about all the drives not being aligned properly?
