While doing fstests baseline testing on v6.6-rc5 with kdevops [0] we found a
failure rate of ~1/2 for xfs/438 test.

That's commit 471de203 3dd ("xfs: up(ic_sema) if flushing data device fails")
merged on v6.7-rc2, I'm not seeing the issue on v6.8-rc2.
