Anyone tried to compile sethdlc lately?

Is there a patch for the kernel <2.6.20+> we're supposed to apply before
compilation?
I have tried it both for DENX and Standard Fedora Core 5, neither will
compile due to errors
In the data structures, i.e. missing stuff.
