Hi
After a lot of difficulties I managed to boot a linux kernel.
Afterwards I downloaded the mbxroot.full.tgz (130MB). That
seems to start up but it lacks a lot of networking stuff and
furthermore it is built upon Redhat3.0.
In my opinion I should now work on a more actual distribution.
(Did rh3 support elf?)
Question:
- Does someone know where to get such a precompiled
distribution for ppc 860
- How did you proceed? Did u build all the stuff yourselfs?
TIA, Ruedi
