- Fix determination of a callchain node's childlessness in
  the top/report TUI, which was preventing navigating some
  callchains, --stdio unnaffected (Andres Freund)

- Fix jitdump's genelf assumption that PowerPC is big endian
  only (Anton Blanchard)
