If have a trouble with my new Adaptec 3940UW card.
The card has two 7880 chips+Bridge chip
After the init of the card linux freezes

Linux 2.2.18 from kernel.org with UMAX S900 pci patch
(see thread: Status of PCI-PCI bridge on UMAX S900)

The boot output:
