Subject: BK/web for the Linux/PPC tree
Date: Mon, 11 Sep 2000 09:47:34 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <200009111647.JAA01041@work.bitmover.com> (raw)
Take a look at http://www.bitkeeper.com/bkweb which is showing off BK's
ability to be a web server so you can browse the tree. This isn't in
the released code yet, but it will be. Everything you are looking at
is autogenerated from a BK repository. In other words, with a command
like
bk bkd -d -p1234
you can have one of these web servers too; you'd have to point your browser
at http://your.host:1234 and away you go. There is no configuration to do,
it just works. Again, note that those of you who have BK already DO NOT
have this feature yet, it will be in BK 2.0.
Feedback appreciated...
