Hi all,
I finally got round to getting all my stuff back in sync:
The following is a patch against BK 2.4.7-pre8 (as of this morning BST)
which includes all the dmasound stuff already in Ben H's tree.

one patch - all the way to rev 0.6.
right, now to do something actually useful ;-)
