is there any newer kernel than 2.4.5 that works with a Nubus based Powermac
7100 ? Does Benh's tree work on this machine ?

Yes he does, but that project has only a patch for 2.4.5 which isn't secure
anyway... and i found no deep symlink patch/ptrace patch for 2.4.5...

The NuBus tree isn't merged yet. I think Takashi maintains a
sourceforge project for it.
It's planned to be included as 2.5 enters the dance.

He has an SF project for it, but he hasn't been maintaining it for some
months now.
