* how to kernel booting on MCP750 board

hello!!

I'm porting mvista linux-2.4.2 on the motorola mpc750 board.
But it's not good working, It's occur Exception.
Its error message is attach at below.

Of course, I have read some manual (about PPC-Bug and MCP750 Booting).
But I don't know why it is not good working?

Can you tell me some advices about "how to make a kernel image" and "how to booting kernel image"
I want to know configuration information for download and booting with kernel  at  PPC-BUG.

But you are misunderstand my-Question,

I'm working that is booting kernel on MCP750 target board.
But it not do good working. it's display following error.

I using the kernel source(v2.4.2) from CDK2.0  and compile is OK.
But when I execute "boot" command, it is occur exception error.

I think that it problem are either bad compile kernel image or bad
download and execute address.

As you say, If it alreay done,  Can you give me sample kernel image
or tell me reference sites.

RTFM. :)

The MontaVista LSP instructions specifically say to go to
the ENV settings and enable "network PReP boot".  This has
also been answered countless times in the list archives.

BTW, you first mentioned a "motorola mpc750" board and then
you properly referred to an mcp750.  mpc750 is a processor.
mcp750 is the cPCI board from MCG.
